O.—RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A MRP IDENPIPII'D AS "The Combined Sower Area
Atlas M.S.D. of Creator Chicago, Iilk Grove Toomshi.p."
NOW, TIIPREPOltE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of:
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section I. that the attached map prepared by the Metropolitan Sanitary
District of Greater Chicago entitled "The Combined Se,aer
Area Atlas M.S.D. of Greater Chicago, Elk Grove Toimship,"
has been examined by all Illinois registered professional
engineer and it is his opinion that as of September 19, 1968,
the map is correct in showing no combinod sown rs in Elk Grove
Village, Illinois.
Section 2. That one copy of said map bearing the signature of the
Illinois registered professional engineer and the date of
Septomber 1.9, 1968,is to be fomarded to this Metropolitan
Sanitary District of Greater Chicago.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
