NOIN,) THE?.EFOItE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Ell: Grove Village, Counties of Ccok and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Johnswold's Second Subdivision in Devon -O'Hare
Industrial Park Unit No. 2 being a subdivision in Section 2,
To -unship 40 IForth, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian in DuPage County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. This resolution is adopted on reliance, by the President and
Board of Trustees, upon a letter dated October 18, 1968 from
Earl McLennan of Wennan £o Company, 25 Aorth northwest Highway,
Park Ridge, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
Section 4. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 22nd day of October 1968.
