SECOND SUBDIVISION 11 DEVON-O'lUNRE INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2
Btu) THEREFOREI BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given t'r_e final plat of subdivision
identified as Bert Rapp's Second Subdivision in Devon -O'Hare
Industrial Park Unit ","o. 2 being a Subdivision in Section 2,
Tovmship 40 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
I•ieridian in DuPa:ge County, Illinois, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby auth-
orized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Villa;e
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. This resolution is adoDtcd on reliance, by the President and
Board of Trustees, upon a letter dated October 18, 196=8 from
Earl IdcLennan & Company, 25 North Eorthwest Highway, Park Ridge,
Illinois a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
Section 4. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
