1:01.7, THER2FORB, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Coon: and Wage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Bert Rapp's Third Subdivision in Devon -O'Hare
Industrial Park Unit no. 2, being a Subdivision in Section 2,
Township kO north, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian in Wage County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby auth-
orized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. This resolution is adopted on reliance, by the President and
Board. of Trustees, upon a letter_ dated October 18, 1968 from
Earl Mannan of Qlannan A Company, 25 North Northwest High-
way, Park Ridae, Illinois a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
Section 4. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its paszaE,e and approval according to la;;.
