Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1.. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Elang's Subdivision in Devon -O'Hare Industrial
Park Unit ro. 2, being a Subdivision. in Section 2, Township
40 Porth, Range 11, Easi of the Third Principal Wridi:.n in
DuPnGe County, Illinois,; a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a Dart hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby auth-
orized to sign said plat: for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. This resolution is adopted on reliance, by the President and
Board of Trustees, upon a letter dated October 18, 1968 from
Earl McLcnnan of IdeLyennan & Conhany, 25 North Northwest Hi6h-
way, Part: Ridg-c, Illinois, a copy of which is attached 'hereto
and made a part hereof.
Section 4. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
