NOti1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Villa e, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final. plat of subdivision
identified as Henderson's Subdivision in Devon-O'Hcre Industrial
Park Unit TTo. 2, being a. Subdivision in Section 2, Toomshit; hO
North, Range 11, East of the Third. Principal Meridian in DuPa„e
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached 'hereto and made
part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Vill�ige President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the n:_ae of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3• This resolution is adopted on reliance, by the President and Board
