A RF.SOLUTIO11 OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC STREET FOR
LIVELY BOULEVARD AND CILA.SE AVEI UE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Mugs, State
of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given of a plat of dedication for
public street for Lively Boulevard from the Porth side of
Chase Avenue on the South, !To-sth to Landmeier Road; and
Chase Avenue from. Live:_y Boulevard on the East, Lest 749.06
feet, in Section 27, Township 111 i:orth, Range 11, East of the
Third Principal Mridian in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully
set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby auth-
orized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Villa ;e
and attach thereto the corporate seal, subject to the approval
of the. Village Engineer.
Section 3 That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according, to law.
