A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PIAT OF DEDICATICII FOR PUBLIC STREET FOR
CROSSEN AND SEEGEii.; AVISMIES
NOW) THERE`r'0'T, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State
of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication for public
street for Crossen Avenue from the North side of Canmonwealth
Edison Company right-of-way on the South, North to HiCgins
Road and. for Seegers Avenue from the North side of the
Commonwealth Edison Company 'right of way on the South, North
to Higgins Road.; in Section 22, Township 41 North, Rance 11,
East of the Third Principal Midian in Cook County, Illinois,
a cope of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as
if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby auth-
orized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal, subject to approval
of the Village Engineer.
Section 3• TVat this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
