A RESOLUTION ENCOURAGING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A DUPAGE COUNTY PLANNING
BOARD
WHEREAS, the attention of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village has been directed to a study relative to the establish-
ment of a County Planning Board to encourage sound planning throughout all
the incorporated and unincorporated areas of DuPage County; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village recognize that there is a definite need for good planning,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village recommend to the Board of Supervisors
of DuPage County the establishment of a County Planning Board, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the
Board of Supervisors through the Zoning Committee of the Board.
