NOW, THEREFCRE, BE IT RESCUED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Hirs,,ins Road Commercial unit. Tin- 4�
being a Subdivision in Section(s) 21 , , Township 41 North,
P.ange 11 , East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
Co,,mty, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. Th&t the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby autho-
ri2ed to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal$ subject to approval of the
Plan Comission.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
