RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PLAT OF DEDICATION OF RANDALL STREET
NOW3 THEREFORE3 EE IT RESOLVED� by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois:
Section 10 That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a
Plat of Dedication for Public Road for Randall Street from
Higgins Road on the South to Bennett Road on the north in
Section 22, Township 41 North, Range U, East of the Third
Principal Meridian, and par t of the north half of Section
21, Township 41, Range U, East of the Third Principal
Meridian3 in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Sectiort-'-2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate real.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
