AMENDING A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PERSONNEL
RULES
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees, Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage,
Section 1: That sub-section B of Section 7, entitled
"Overtime Payment" of Article IV, the Pay Plan, of the per-
sonnel rules of Elk Grove Village, adopted by resolution No.
71-65 heretofore be and is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Effective August 1, 1966, Village employees, exclusive
of uniform personnel, in pay range 30 and below, shall be com-
pensated at the rate of time and one half for authorized work
beyond the normal work schedule. Village employees, in pay
range 31 and over are excluded from overtime pay compensation. "
Section 2 : This resolution shall be'in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
