in Devon-oliare Ledufttrial Park Unit No, 2
Mt THWWORE, $M IT RESOLVED by the president and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grave Village, Counties of Cook and DuYage, State of XMi%oisa
Section 1. That approval is hereby g4ven the final plat of subdivision
identified as Neradt'u Subdivision in Devon -O'Hare Industrial
Park Unit No. 2, being a Subdivision of the South 105 feet of
the North 1255.0" feet of the West 230 feet of the East 1050
feet of the North East quarter of Section 2, Township 40
North, Range 11 East of the Third Principes Meridian,,in
DuPage County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto
and wade a part hereof as if fully act forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk ase herebi autho-
rized to sigh said plat for and in the name of the Village and
attach thereto the corporate seal., subject to the Village Engineer's
approval
Section 3. "That this resolution shall be in full force and effect frost and
after its passage and approval according to law.
