MWOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF PAOMW POR PUBLIC UTILITIES IN THE DEVON -

HOW, THKRZYMO BE IT MMOLM by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is ',iereby given a plat of easement of public utilities
of the hest 10 feet of the Fast 1345 feet of the North 225 feet of
the South 275 feet and also the West 415 feet of the East 1335 feet
of the North 10 feet of the South 60 feet of the North East quarter
of Section 2, Township 40 North, Range 11 East of the Third .Principal
Meridian, in Dupage County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if Pully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are heeby authorized
to sign said pkat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
