RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS ORSZUTAX'S
SECOND SUDDIVISION IN DEVON-O'HARE I11DUSTRIAL PARK UNIT N0. 2
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the President and Bosr4 of Trustees of
the Vil.laee of Elk. Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Dul2up, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final, plat of subdivision
identified as Orazulak's Second Subdivision in Devon-011are
Industrial Park Unit No. 2 being a subdivision in Section
2, Tovmship 40 North, Rami 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian in DuPage County, Illinois, a copy of which in
attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully met forth.

Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby auth-
orized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That thin resolution shall be in fall force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
