Section 1, That appm mal is beraby given the fiv%I plat of subdivision
identified as Biggins Road Commercial unit No. 29 being a
Subdivision in section 21, To a# ul North$ Range 1.1, seat
of the Third. Principal. Maridian in Cook Coantar, Zl ssoiss a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if
f ily act forth.
Section 2jo That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate meal, in recognition of the attached November
213,1967 letter item Centex Corporation vherein they agreed to
complete the pavement of Kelly Street no Later than June 1, 1968
and contingent i4pon receipt of a letter from Centex Corporation
stating that during the life or now the end of the two (2) year
maintenance bond, mayor structural or workmanahip faults vill be
corrected by Centex. At the Village's option, the developer will
either install a third (3rd) layer about one (WI) inch thick or
place cash in escrow with the VVI,3e equal to the one(1") inch
layer plus ten (10) to fifteen (1%) per cent of the cost of the
base, such funds to be used at a later data to repair and resurface
amid Molly street, an work to be ccmpleted in accordance with
"Istim Village standards.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
