A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT OF ASSIGNMENT BETWEEN THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AND THE ELK GROVE PARK DISTRICT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized, for and on behalf of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
to execute an "Agreement of Assignment" of any and all interests
which the Village may have under an agreement dated July 15, 1964 Mended,
between the Village of Elk Grove Village and the Board of Education
of Community Consolidated School District No. 59, County of Cook,
State of Illinois, and the Trustees of Schools of Township 41 North,
Range 11 East, Cook County, Illinois, pertaining to the use and
maintenance of the recreation center legally described on exhibit
1 attached.
Section 2. That the President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign an "Agreement of Assignment", a copy of which
is marked Exhibit 2 attached.
Section 3 . That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.

Trustee McGrene-ra, Trustee Zettek, and President Pahl

ABSENT: None

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lot 9 in First Addition to Elk Grove Village
Section 7, being a Subdivision in Section 33, Township 41 North,
Mange 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying easterly
of a line drawn parallel to and 295.0 feet East of the West Line
of said Lot, also the North 172.91 feet of the East 110.27 feet
of the West 295.0 feet of said. Lot, in Cook County, Illinois.
ALSO
That part of Lot 9 in First Addition to Elk Grove Village Section 7,
being a resubdivision of Lot 2256 in Elk Grove Village Section 7,
being a subdivision in Section 33, Township 41 North, Range 11 East
of the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at a
point on the North line of said lot 46.72 feet East of the Northwest
corner thereof; thence South at right angles to last described line
for a distance of 101.65 feet; thence East at right angles to last
described line for a distance of 138.01 feet; thence North at right angles
to last described line for a distance of 101.65 feet to the North line
of said lot; thence West along said North line for a distance of 138.01
feet to the point of beginning; in Cook County, Illinois.
