A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A DEPOSITORY AND
AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OFFICIALS AS APPROPRIATE
SIGNATORIES.
NOIN, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPa�e, Illinois:
Section 1, That the Bank of Elk Grove be and is hereby
designs. ad as the depository o the Village of Elk Grove
Village for the (See attached list) funds of said Village and
that the Village Treasurer o sa d village and other officers
are authorized to deposit any funds of said village with said
Bank of Elk Grove _
Section 2. It is further resolved that until further
resolutions of the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village any funds of said village deposited
in said Bank of Elk Grove be subject to withdrawal
or charge at any time and from time to time upon checks,
drafts, warrants or other instruments for the payment of money
when made, signed, drawn, receipted or endorsed on behalf of
said village of Elk Grove Village by the Village Manager,
George Majorca and the Village Treasurer Patrick E. Rooney or
the Village Clerk Eleanor Turner and the Village Treasurer
Patrick E. Rooney.
Section 3. That it be further resolved that the Aan
Elk Grove is hereby authorized to pay any suc
instrument or ma a any charge and also to receive the same
from the payee or any other holder without inquiry as to the
circumstance of issue or the disposition of the proceeds even
if drawn to the individual order of any single person or pay
all to said Bank of Elk Grove or others for his account or
tendered in paymentoof hhis--Tndividual. obligation and whether
drawn against an account in the name of said village or in
the name of any officer or agent of the village.
Section 4, This resolution shall be in full force and
effec r� ohm and after its passage and approval according to
law.
