NO'W# THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of tho Villa4e of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1, That the LaSalle National Panlbe and is hereby
designated as e depository of he 11C 10ge of Elk Grove
Village for the (See attached list) fundsof said Village and
that the Village --Treasurer of said village and other officers
are authorized to deposit any funds of said village with said

Section 2. It is further resolved that until further
resolutions of—the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village any funds of said village deposited
in said LaSalleconal Rank be subject to withdrawal
or charge at any Lind from ase to time upon checks,
drafts, warrants or other Instruments for the payment of money
when made, signed, drawn, receipted or endorsed on behalf of
said village of Elk Grote Village by the Village flanaCer,
George Majoros and the Villa;e Treasurer Patrick E. Rooney or
the Village Clerk Eleanor Turner and the Village Treasurer
Patrick P. Rooney.
Section 3. That it be further resolved that the LaSalle_
Nati anal Rank is hereby authorised to pay anyy such
Instrument or make any ahar;e and also to receive the same
from the payee or any other holder without inquiry as to the
circumstance of issue or the disposition of the proceeds even

Section 4. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to
law.
