RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS CENTEX INDUSTRIAL
PARK:'.UNIT 33
NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of Illinois:
Section I. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Centex Industrial Park Unit 33, being a Subdivision
in the North Half of Section 34, Township 41 North, Range ii,
East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois,
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if
fully set forth.
Section 2. That this approval is expressly conditioned upon the receipt by
the Village of all necessary approvals of the Metropolitan
Sanitary District.
Section 3. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby autho-
rized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal, upon the performance of
the aforesaid condition.
Section 4. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
