RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS BOLGER'S
ASSESSMENT PLAT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Bolger's Assessment Plat
being a Subdivision of part of the South Half of the Southeast
Quarter of Section(s) 33 Township 41 North, Range 11 , East
of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as
if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby auth-
orized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach -Lhereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this shall be in f,�xce and effect from and
