RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLAT OF DEDICATION OF AMERICAN LA11E AND A PORTION OF
PAN-AM BOULEVARD IN THE DEVON-O'HARE INDUSTRIAL PARK
Now) THEREFORE) BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a
Plat of Dedication of American Lane between Devon Avenue and
Pan-Am Boulevard and a 790 foot length of Pan-Am Boulevard
in the Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park, and does hereby direct the
Village President, on behalf of the Village, to sign said Plat
of Dedication, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 13th day of September, 1966.
