A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING NICHOLAS BOULE kRD FROM LANDMEIER ROAD TO HIGGINS ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept Nicholas
Boulevard as set forth in a plat of survey, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, as well as all public
improvements, except si&WELlks, constructed or installed on said
street which public improvements include street pavement, curb,
gutter, storm sewer, water mains, and sanitary sewer, said
acceptance being conditioned upon the filing of a maintenance
bond in the amount of $10,000.00 for a period or two years.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 13th day of September, 1966.
APPROVED this day of September, 1966.
