A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON AIM ALONG
LUNT AVENUE FROM STATE ROUTE 83 TO TONNE ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:.
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does
hereby accept Lunt Avenue as set forth in plats of subdivision
which have heretofore been approved and designated as Units 33
and 41 of Centex Industrial Park as well as all public improvements,
except sidewalks, constructed or installed on said streets, said
acceptance being conditioned upon the filing of a maintenance bond
in the amount of $20,000 for a period of two years, said public
improvements to include the street paveme7nt—, curb and gutters,
storm drainage facilities, water lines and sanitary sewers.
Section 2. This resolutiLon shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
