RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS CENTEX
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT 108
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Centex Industrial Park Unit 108
being a Subdivision in Sectlon(s) 35 , Township 41 North,
Range 11 , East of the Third Principal Meridian in COOL-
County,
004County, Illinois, a copy o: which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby autho-
rized to sign said plat fcr and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.

as shown by dotted fines on the plat and marked "Ease-
ment," to install, lay, construct, renew, operate and maintain
conduits, cables, poles and wires, overhead and under-
ground, with all necessary braces, guys, anchors and other
equipment for the purpose of serving the subdivision and
other property with telephone and electric service; also is
hereby granted the right to use the streets for said purposes,

serve adjacent lots, the right to enter upon the lots at all
times to install, lay, construct, renew, operate and maintain
within said easement area said conduits, cables, poles,
wires, braces, guys, anchors and other equipment; and
finally the right is hereby granted to cut down and remove
or -trim and keep trimmed any trees, shrubs or saplings that
interfere or threaten to interfere with any of the said public
utility equipment. No permanent buildings or trees shall
be placed on said easement, but some may be used for
gardens, shrubs, landscaping and other purposes that do
not then or later interfere with the aforesaid uses or the
