A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WORKING CASH FUND PAY-OUT
TO ELK GROVE VILLAGE PUBLIC LIBRARY FUND.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and Du Page, Illinois:
Section 1 . That Village Treasurer and Finance Director
are hereby directed to pay out, from the Working Cash Fund, not to
exceed Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000. ) on demand of the Library
Board. This authorization to remain in force until May 1 , 1967.
Interest at a rate determined by current yield of government bonds,
plus principal to be repaid on or before June 1 , 1967.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED and APPROVED this 25th day of October, 1966.
