A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREETS HEREIN NAMED AND AS
SHOWN ON A PLAT OF SUBDIVISION DESIGNATED AS ELK
GROVE VILLAGE SECTION 14.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and Du Page, Illinois:
Section 1 . That the Village of Elk Grove Village does
hereby accept the following streets as set forth in a plat o
subdivision which has heretofore been approved and designated
as Elk Grove Village Section 14: Parkchester Road from Arlington
Heights Road to Trowbridge Road, Trowbridge Road from 110 feet
west of Parkchester to Somerset Lane, Somerset Lane from Devon
Avenue to 110 feet north of Parkchester Road, Cumberland Circle
East and Cumberland Circle West, as well as all public improve-
ments, constructed or installed on said streets, said acceptance
being conditioned upon the filing of a maintenance bond in the
amount of 415,000.00 for a period of one year, said public
improvements to inolude water mains, sanitary sewers, storm
sewers, curb and gutter, street pavement and sidewalks.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
