NOW, THEREFOREIBE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois :
Section 1. That the President and Village are hereby
authorized and directed to sign the certificate of authority
attached hereto and made a part hereof. ,,
Section 2. That the President and Village Clerk shall
issue, upon payment of the proper fees, the license set forth
in the accompanying certificate of authority.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
