A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS ALONG AND UPON BENNETT ROAD
FROM ARLINGTON HEIGHTS ROAD TO GAYLORD STREET
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois :
Section 1 . That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept
Bennett Road as set forth on Plat of Dedication approved by Resolution
No. 61-66, as well as all public improvements, except a 33 inch storm
drain outfall , constructed or installed on said street, said acceptance
being conditioned upon the filing of a maintenance bond in the amount of
$10,000.00 for a period of two years, said public improvements include the
street pavement, curb and gutters, storm drainage facilities, water lines
and sanitary sewers.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 13th day of December, 1966.
