A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON GREENLEAF
AVENUE FROM STATE ROUTE 83 TO TONNE ROAD, AND ON
LIVELY BOULEVARD FROM THE NORTH LINE OF PRATT BLVD.
TO A POINT 290 FT. NORTH OF THE CENTER LINE OF
GREENLEAF AVENUE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and Du Page, Illinois:
Section 1 . That the Village of Elk Grove Village does
hereby accept Greenleaf Avenue from State Route 83 to Tonne Road,
and on Lively Boulevard from the NorCh line of Pratt Blvd, to a
point 290 ft. North of the center line of Greenleaf Avenue as well
as all public improvements, constructed or installed on said streets,
said acceptance being conditioned upon the filing of a maintenance
bond in the amount of $30,000 for a period of two years. Said
improvements include street pavement, curbs and gutters, storm drain-
age, sanitary sewer and water lines.

Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
