RESOLUTION NO. 91-66
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING JURISDICTIONAL BOUNDARY
AGREEMENTS WITH THE VILLAGE OF ITASCA
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and Du Page, Illinois:
Section 1 . That the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village do hereby adopt a jurisdictional
boundary agreement with the Village of Itasca, a copy of which is
marked Exhibit "A"attached hereto and do authorize and direct
the President and Village Clerk to sign same.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
