RESOLUTION OF ACCUTP ICE OF PLAT OF DEDICATION OF GREWEAF AVE91JE FROM
TONNE ROAD TO LIVELY BOULEVARD
NOW, THEREWIS, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of we Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties or Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept
a plat or dedication of 3rcenle& Avenue from Tonne Road
to Lively Boulevard in Centex Iadustrial Park, and does
hereby direct Trustee Charles J. Zettek, on behalf of
the Village, to sign said Plat of Dedication, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and the
Village Clerk 35all attest to We foregoing action.
Spctlon 2. Thi.; resolution shall be in full force and effect rrom
and after its passage and approval accoydiag to law.
