RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS LOT I -A, HOWARD
HIRSCH & ROBERT HIRSCH SUB➢IVISION OF PART OF DEVON O'IURE INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NUJ. 1_
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Conk and Du Page, State of Illinois=
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
Lot 1-A. Howard Hirsch & Robert Hirsch Subdivision of part of
identified as Devon O'Hare Industrial Park Unit No. 1
the North East quarter of
being a Subdivision id Section(s) 2 , Township 4P North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Du Page
County, Illinois, a copy cf which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof as if fully set forthi
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby autho-
rized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.

hereby certify that I have surveyed the following described property: The
West 480 feet of the Bast 530 feet of the North Ra.st quarter of Section 2,
Township 40 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian lying South
of a line 300 feet South of and parallel with the South line of the North 10
acres of the South 20 acres of the North half of the Bast half of said ?forth
East quarter and lying North of a line 788.70 feet north of and parallel with
the South line of said North East quarter of Section 2, and that I have sub-
divided the same into a lot which is correctly shown on the plat hereon drawn.
