A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
FROM THE CHICAGO DISTRICT PIPELINE TO
PORTIONS OF NICHOLAS BLVD. AT ITS INTER-
SECTION WITH HIGGINS ROAD.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. The Village of Elk Grove Village does
hereby accept a grant of easement from the Chicago District
Pipeline Company to the Village of that portion of Nicholas
Blvd. which intersects with Higgins Road which is fully
described in the grant of easement Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to
law.
