A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN BUILDINGS AND
A TRAILER OWNED BY WI'.LLIAM SWIATEK AND_CLARA
SWIATEK A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE:IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That two buildings occupied by tenants as
well as a trailer occupied by tenants on property owned by
William and Clara Swiatek, Elk Grove Village, and legally
described as follows:
The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
except the North 15 acres thereof of Sec. 32,
Twp. 41 N., Range 11, East of the 3rd Principal
Meridian, Cook County, Illinois.
are unsafe structures and are in such a condition as to constitute
a public nuisance.
Section 2. The Building Inspector and the Village
Attorney of Elk Grove Village are hereby authorized and directed
to take all necessary and legal, action to cause the demolition
of said structures or the correction of same so as to make said
structures safe in all respects.
PASSED and APPROVED this 21st day of June, 1966.
