A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN BUILDINGS OWNED
BY.WESLEY.LUEHRING IN THE VILLAGE OF.ELK GROVE
VILLAGE TO BE UNSAFE AND A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the two story frame residence building,
frame garage and barn, located on the real estate legally
described as follows:
That part of Lots 3603 and 3791 lying Easterly and
Northerly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the West line of the West
1/2 East 1/2 Southeast 1/4 of said Section 32,
1466 ft, north of the: southwest corner thereof,
thence East at right angles with said west line, a
distance of 215 feet to a point of curve (the last
described line having a bearing of North 87052'51"
for purpose of this description) thence Easterly on
a curve concave north line and having a radius of
525 £t. a distance of 78.02 ft. (the chord of said
arc having a bearing north 83037'25" East) to place
of beginning of the line to be described, thence
Northerly on a curve concave East and having a radius
of 605.50 ft., a distance of 224.33 ft. (the chord
of said arc having a bearing of N 10048'59" W) thence
South 87052'51" Westerly a distance of 259 ft. more or
less to the West line of said West 1/2 East 1/2 South=
east 1/4 of said Section 32, Township 41, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian.
is declared to be unsafe and constitutes a public nuisance.
Section 2. The Building Inspector and the Village
Attorney of Village of Elk Grove Village are hereby authorized
and directed to take any and all legal actions necessary to
cause the demolition of said strucsures or to see to it that
same are made safe and in complete accord with village ordinances
.if possible, and to proceed in accordance with State Statutes
to accomplish same.
