NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ]RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage,, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does
hereby accept a Plat of Dedication of a 60 ft. right -o£ -way
pn Biesterfield Road adjacent to a parcel 342 ft. in length
on the south side of Biesterfield Road, 2653.92 feet west of
Arlington Heights Road and 986 feet east of Bisner Road as
extended and does direct the Village President on behalf of
the Village to sign said Plat of Dedication, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2. This resolution and the acceptance of the
dedication of Biesterfield ]Road as aforementioned shall not
nor does not constitute an agreement on the part of the Village
to maintain said road.
Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to
law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of June, 1966.
