RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS CENTEX INDUSTRIAL
PARK UNIT 41
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Centex Industrial Park Unit 41
being a Subdivision in Sect;on(s) 34 , Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby autho-
rized to sign said plat fcr and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate sealNpon receipt of a performance
bond from the developer in the amount of $10,000.00.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
