A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MORSE AVENUE IN THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and Du Page, Illinois:
Section 1 . That the V._llage of Elk Grove Village does
hereby accept Morse Avenue from Tonne Road to State Route 83
as well as all public improvements, constructed or installed on
said streets, said acceptance being conditioned upon the filing
of a maintenance bond in the simount of $10,000 for a period of
one year.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
