A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREETS AS SH04iiN ON A PLAT OF SUB-
DIVISION DESIGNATED AS ELK GROVE VILLAGE SECTION 12.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Du Page, Illinois: y
Section ]_ That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby
accept streets as set forth in a plat of subdivision which has hereto-
fore been approved and designated as Elk Grove Village Section 12,
AND COVERING CLEARMONT DRIVE FROM ARLIAIGTON HEIGHTS ROAD TO THE WEST
SIDE OF KENILWORTH AVENUE, LANCASTER AVENUE FROM CLEARMONT DRIVE TO
WASDALE AVENUE, .NEWPORT AVENUE FRCM ARLIiNGTOiN HEIGHTS ROAD TO LANCASTER
DRIVE, KENILWORTH AVENUE FROM SOUTH SIDE OF CLEARMONT DRIVE TO WEST
SIDE OF CARLISLE AVENUE, BRAEMAR DRIVE FROM KEiNILWORTH AVENUE TO WEST
SIDE OF CARLISLE AVENUE , WASDALE AVENUE FROM DEVON AVENUE TO
KENILWORTH, AND CARLISLE AVENUE FROM DEVON AVENUE TO SOUTH SIDE OF
KENILWORTH AVENUE, as well as all public improvements, constructed
or installed on said streets, said acceptance being cm ditioned upon
the filing of a maintenance bond in the amount of ;p10,000 for a
period of 1 year.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
