A RESOLUTION CO1,13RDING THE ELK GROVE VILLAGE
LITTLE LEAGUES 1966 TRAVELING TEAM and
CERTAIN PERSONS
WEEREAS, the Elk Grove Village Little Leagues 1966
Traveling Team has represented the Village in Thillens
Tournament, attaining fourth place, and has thereby shown
ability, sportsmanship and are deserving of the official
appreciation of the Village; and
WB BRE AS certain persons hereinafter mentioned have
aided, encouraged and particlipated in this endeavor and
deserve the special commendation of the Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President
and Board of Trustees of tho Village of Elk Grove Village,,
Counties of Cook and Du Pago, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That all members of the Elk Grove Village
Little League 1966 Traveling Team are hereby commanded for
representing the Village in the Thillens Tournament and for
attaining the Fourth Place Trophy; and for demonstrating
not only ability but good sportsmanship, which is necessary
5o the building of good moral character in youth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,, that Gene Anderson, Scott
Bentall, James Brumm, Tom Chapman, David Chernick, Randy Cox,
Fred and Rick Hauserman, Kevin Coll., Glenn Laske, Scott Martin,

D� . Scott Pruitt, Steve Scholten, Jeff Sronkowski,
Rob Tomaselli and the manager, Ron Kohler are hereby especially
commended for making theibregoing accomplishment a reality.
Section 2: The Village Clerk is -hereby directed to
send a certified copy of this resolution to the Elk Grove Village
Little League and each member thereof as well as all persons
named therein.
Section 3. This resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval
according to law.
