RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SLBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS HAZEBROECK
SUBDIVISION IN DEVON-O'HARE INDUSTRIAL PARK, UNIT NO. 1
NOW) THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Ccunties of Cook and Du Page, SlAte
of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Hazebroeck Subdivision in Devon-O'Hare Industrial
Park, being a subdivision of the South 275 feet of the West 480
feet of the East 530 feet of the North East quarter of Section 2,
Township 40 Nortri, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meri-
dian, in DuPage County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part �.ereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby autho-
rized to sign said plat 'or and in the name of the Village and
attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shell be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
