RELATING TO A COMPREHENSIVE TRANSPORTA.TIuN PLAwIINu PROCEo6 TO SATISFY THE
REQUIRF1"fNTo OF THE FEDERAL.AID HIUHwAY ACT OF 1962
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village has received a proposed Agreement to
cooperate with the Department of Public Works and Buildings of the
State of Illinois in a continuous comprehensive transportation planning
processj, and$
,NHEREAS, the Village is in full accord with the purpose of the Agreement and
wishes to enter Into Said Agreement with the Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village President is hereby authorized to sign
said Agreement in behalf of the Village of Elk Grove Village.
Section 2. That the Village Clerk shall transmit a copy of this
Resolution together with the executed Agreement to the Department
of Public Works and Buildings through the Office of the Director
of the Chicago Area Transportation Study.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
