A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREETS AS SHOWN ON A PLAT OF
SUBDIVISION DESIGNATED AS HIGGIM ROAD 00M MCIAL
SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 4, INCLUDING KING STREET FROM
HIGGINS ROAD TO LEE STREET AND IEE STREET FROM KING
STREET TO THE EAST IAT LINE (AS MMMED) OF IAT �6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Wage, Illinoisa
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby
accept streets as met forth in a plat of subdivision which .:as hereto-
fore been approved and designated as Higgins Road Commercial Unit No. 4
including King Street from Higgins Road to Lee Street and Lee Street
from King Street to the east lot line (as extended) of Lot 46.
as well as all public improvements, constructed or installed on said
streets, said acceptance being conditioned upon the filing of a main-
tenance bond in the amount of 410,000.00 for a period of two
years
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
