RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS HOWARD HIRSCH &
ROBERT HIRSCH SUBDIVISION. OF PART OF DEVON OIHARE INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 1
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Howard Hirsch & Robert Hirsch Subdivision, of
part of Devon O'Hare Industrial Park Unit No. 1, a Subdivision
in the North East quarter of Section 2, Township QO North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Du Page
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached herettand made
a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby autho-
rized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.

Beginning at the point of intersection of a line which is 50 feet West of,
measured at right angles to, and parallel with the East line of said North
East quarter and a line which is 335.0 feet North of, measured on the Fast
lice of said North East quarter, and parallel with the South line of said
North East quarter; thence North parallel with the East line of said North
