A RESOILMON ACCEPTING STREETS AS SHOWN ON A PIAT OF SUB-
DIVISION DESIGNATED AS ELK GROVE VILLAGE SECTION U.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby
accept sTreets as set forth in a plat of subdivision which has hereto-
fore been approved and designated as Elk Grove Village Section 11,
AND COVERING LONSDALE ROAD FROM ARLINGTON HEIGHTS ROAD TO EDEN ROAD,
BRANTWOOD AVENUE FROM LANCASTER AVENUE TO EDEN ROAD, KENDAL ROAD
FROM LANCASTER AVENUE TO CARLISLE AVENUE, LANCASTER AVENUE, FROM
LANSDALE ROAD TO ESSEX ROAD, AND CARLISLE AVENUE FROM NW41WOOD
AVENUE TO ESSEX ROAD, as well as all public improvements, constructed
or installed on said streets, said acceptance being conditioned
upon the filing of a maintenance bond in the amount of $10,000.00
for a period of one year; subject to corrections outlined in a
letter dated August 2, 1965 from Village Engineer E. N. Fletcher
which is attached hereto.`
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
