RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION INDERWIED AS LATS
2, 31 LND 4, A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF DEVON-O'HARE IMXMMAL PARK
UNIT NO. 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page,
State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of
subdivision identified as Lots 2, 3, and 4, a
subdivision of part of Devon -O'Hare Industrial Perk
Unit No. 1, being a Subdivision in the north east
quarter of Section(s) 2, Township 40 North, Range
11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Du Page
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto-
)el
made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are
hereby authorized to sign said plat for and in the
name of the Village and attach thereto the corporate
seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
