NofWv THEREFORE) BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
ao%%*t ar Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois;
Section 1. That Resolution& 61-65 and 6Q-65 heretofore
passed at- e- Rwulsi- meeting on November 16) i965 are
hereby repealed.
Section 2. That the Bank of Elk Grove, Elk Grove
Vil.la-ge-77=nois, aa the designated depository of said
Ville ep be and is hereby requested, authorized and
directed to honor, checks, each in an amount not to exceed
$20.00 numbered 1 to 800 and bearing the facsimile
signature of Patrick T.—Rooney, Tressurer of the Village
of Elk Grove Village from a special water refund account
and in an amount not to exceed 15,000 dollars.
Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force
and and after its passage and approval according
to law.
