A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREETS AS SHOWN ON A PXAT OF
SUBDIVISION ME3IGX4MD AS ELK GROVE VZAAGF, SECTION 12
NOW� THEREFORE9 BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Villa" of M Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, IJ I inios:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does
hereby accept streets as set forth in a plat of subdivision
which has heretofore been approved and designated as Elk
Grove Village Section 12 which streets are: Lancaster Drive
from Kendal Road to Walpole Road, Essex Road ,fr= Lancaster
Drive to Kenilworth Avenue, Walpole Road from Lancaster Drive
to Carlisle Avenue, Kenilworth Avenue from Carlisle Avenue
to Essex Road, Braemar Drive from Carlisle Avenue to Essex
Road, Clearmont Drive from Kenilworth Avenue to Essex Road,
Kenilworth Avenue from Walpole Road to Clearmont Drive, and
Carlisle Avenue from Kenilworth Avenue to Kendal Road, as
well as all public improvements, constructed or installed on
said streets, said acceptance being conditioned upon the
filing of a maintenance bond in the amount of $10,000 for
a period of one year and subject to necessary corrections
as reported in Engineer B. N. Fletcher's letter of December
7, 1965, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force
and J—fect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.

An inspection has been Tqade and we find that pavement, curbss
�-utters, sidewalk and storm draina,r�p has been aoripleted in tl-�at
�,�_,rt of Section 12 shown in red on the attached plat and I there-
fare recommend tl-,at the work be accepted sub5pot to a maintenance
bond in the amount of $10,000.00 for one year, and subject to the

Clean the three (3) catch basins at Braemar & Carlisle.
Prior to final exceptance by the Villages it will be necessary
6o make seveial repairs in the asphalt pavement. 'Ihere are spots
,.�,hero tl-e surface is unraveling and where the lon itudinal joints
are not sealed sufficiently and at least three M small areas where
the start of base failure is evident.
