HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION - 1-64 - 1/23/1964 - ANNEX AGRMT/SOKOLOWSKI & MEYERRESOIAYPION NO. 1-64 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT AND CLERK TO EXECUTE AN ANNEXATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AND FRANK SOKOLOWSKI, NORA SOKOLOWSKI JOSEPH L MEYER AND JOSEPH E MEYER NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois: Section 1 - That the Village President be and is hereby authorized to sign the attached documents marked Exhibit 1 , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth and the Village Clerk is authorized to attest said documents upon the signature of the Village President. Section 2 - That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. PASSED AND APPROVED this 23rd day of January ($ 1964 James R. Gibson President Attest: Eleanor G. Turner Village Clerk ANNEXATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AND FRANK SOEOLOWSKI, NORA SOKOLOWSSI, JOSEPH L. MEYER AND JOSEPH E. METER WHEREAS, Frank Sokolowski and Nora Sokolowski (hereinafter referred to as owners) are the sole owners of record of the following legally described real estate: and The north 15 acres of the north west quarter of the north east quarter of Section thirty two (32) Township forty one (41) NorthRange eleven. (11), East of the Third Principal i Meridian, n Cook County, Illinois. WHEREAS, Joseph L. Meyer and Joseph E. Meyer (hereinafter referred to as contract purchasers) are the contract purchasers of the following legally described real estate: The north 15 acres of the north west quarter of the north east quarter of Section thirty two (32) Township forty one (41) North, Range eleven (11). East of the Third Principal Meridian, except the south 185 ft, of the east 236 ft. thereof, in Cook County, Illinois. The owners and contract purchasers for and on behalf of themselves, their heirs and assigns agree not to use the first described real estate for any of the following uses; animal- hospitals, public garages, taverns, tin -snip shops, tire repair shops, used car sales or storage, gasoline stations. 4. All parties hereto agree that this agreement shall. be recorded with the Recorder of Deeds, Cook County, Illinois. Lt being further understood that on or after January 23, 1965, this agreement shall be deemed to be cancelled and terminated and of no further force and effect. 5. This agreement shall in no way be construed so as to prevent the Village of Elk Grove Village from enacting a new zoning ordinance or amendments thereto as it may see fit, whether or not same affects the real estate first described herein.
